WHO WILL REPAIR THE FAULT?

Our phone line remains a part of the BT open reach network. Openreach engineers who will repair the fault. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for details.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR A FAULT?

Our committed time is 72 working hours for standard lines. This is the same timescale offered for rest of our lines. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for details.

 

DOES MetPlus Telecom OFFER ANY ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE PACKAGES?

HOW ARE CALLS BILLED?

All calls are billed in accordance with our rates , which are listed on our website.

WILL I BE RECEIVING MY BILL THROUGH AN E-MAIL?

Yes, our customers can receive their bill via e-mail . You can speak to our support team to register for e-billing.

 

IF I MAKE A PAYMENT HOW SOON DOES MetPlus Telecom ACKNOWLEDGE MY PAYMENT?

Payment can take up to 5 working days to reach us. Credit and Debit card payments are also accepted. Please refer to our terms and conditions page to know more.

CAN I TAKE MY EXISTING PHONE NUMBER WITH ME WHEN I MOVE PREMISES?

If you are traveling within the area covered by your existing telephone exchange, you should be able to take your current number. Contact Us for further information.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM MOVING PREMISES?

CAN METPLUS TRANSFER MY LINE AS I AM A RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMER?

Yes, at MetPlus Telecom we do have a residential packages. If you are a residential customer call us today and get a quote.

IF I CHOOSE METPLUS BROADBAND CAN I CONTINUE WITH MY EXISTING EMAIL ADDRESS?

Our customers can use any e-mail address to continue with our services, however checking with the company that issued you an email address is always recommended by us, since not every provider allows such easy switching options.

WILL THERE BE ANY INTERRUPTION OR CHANGE TO MY SERVICE?

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SIGN UP TO SWITCH TO MetPlus Telecom?

We will notify your existing telecom provider of your request to transfer your service. We will also send you a welcome pack containing a copy of your contract.

 

DOES METPLUS INSTALL NEW LINES?
